Imbalance is a candle that moved in a direction with no overlapping candles
Any Time Price moves a significant move lower is expected. ALWAS anticipate some measure of a STOP HUNT or short-term highs being taken out. This is the opasit for longs.
Weekly range on H Chart Framework, draw a vertical line @ Midnight NYC time on Mondays candle. Then draw another vertical line @ the beginning of Friday's trading @ Midnight and the last vertical line @ Friday's Close.
15M Chart: draw vertical line at midnight and the close of the day, NYSC time. Also, draw horizontal lines above relative equal highs/ lows to identify buy-side liquidity (buy stops) and sell-side liquidity (sell stops).
2M Chart (The 1M, 2M, and 3M chart is best for finding imbalances in indices.) At the max pain of the stop hunt, identify a break in structure. (27:34 in video). After Imbalance is identified, wait for FVG to develop. then when price goes back into FVG the Algo that Fucks Retail and delivers price will ingage. This is your entry with stop outside of imbalance candle or candle befor that one. If that entry was missed. You can still get in if you see price move lower. However, if it takes out the freshest short-term low, you can not enter as you sill be chasing price. You need to learn to enter as price is comming at you in this identified area. known as the FVG in the Imbalance.
Target. (Liquidity Matrix)
Use the Fib and draw the daily range. Everything above midpoint is premium, and below is a discount. Short FVG entries should be in a Premium and Longs FVG should be Discount. Targit of move is to discount of short and premium if long. Then look for imbalances with FVG. This is the low-hanging fruit target.
